Man very early

A British study finds that eating food while you drive is dangerous.
Eating British food anytime is deadly.
--Stephen Colbert, The Colbert Report (August 21, 2006)

I had an ok evening thursday, but a night of things trickling in and keeping me up, so that by the time morning rolled around, I had a wicked headache. I stopped and bought a McBreakfast at the highway exit, in hopes that some food would improve the way I felt. If you read Cheryl's post from the same night, you'll know that i forgot to bring my food. The muffin and hashbrown didn't really help that much.

I was also not improved as much by playing Pikmin for an hour and a half as by ultimately taking tylenol and having a nap. I got up around 3pm, feeling better.

It's just as well my situation improved, becuase I had Sylvain over with Mike, our dive instructor. We had Wok-In for supper, and learned how to dive at night. Then we went out for a night dive.

On the subject of the night, I understand that Pluto is no longer a planet, or maybe there are other planets, depending on what you include. Basically, either Pluto's out or 1 Ceres and 2003 UB313 are in. "Dwarf Planet" is the term used to apply to these three, making them sound like a type of planet, but the International Astronomical Union, specifies that the term "planet" does not apply to these objects. This means that we will have to think up new mnemonics for our kids. My favourite so far (but not for kids) is "My Very Exotic Mrs. Just Showed Up Naked", but you may have your own.

Continuing this stream of loose connections, and on the subject of missing things (as opposed to exotic mrs. or mistresses), Jessica Simpson has recorded over 500 customized versions of her single A Public Affair with different names, but so far, you can't get one for "Jeffy".

Maybe it's just as well.
