Discover aquatic appendage on dolphin's head (4)
We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.

Cheryl and I spent two nights at her parents' place in Burlington. In addition to our visit with them, we were there so we could go to Miranda's first birthday party in Toronto on Saturday.
Marg found a gift bag for us to put our gifts in, but before we could load in the backpack and doll we got her, we had to clear out an old card from the bottom of the bag. I'm not sure if it was Cheryl or Marg that opened the card, but I noticed one of them pulling out a crisp fifty dollar bill.
"Hey!" shouted Cheryl.
The card was from Howard and Edie, childhood neighbors of mine, both deceased. It was a wedding present to us from ten and a half years ago.
I hope we sent them a thank you. Also I wonder what other stuff of ours is lost in bags at Don and Marg's place...
