God of thunder follows gold pen (6)

'Tis pleasant, sure, to see one's name in print;
A book's a book, although there's nothing' in 't
-- Lord Byron

For the past week or so I have been compiling my blog entries from 2006 to publish and buy from Cafépress.

The nature of working on this has been revision after revision to correct all the spelling, grammar and formatting errors I can find, and then deal with pages starting on the right side, and setting the table of contents, and everything.

After the extensive work of printing the Chinese and Korean characters [from some of the movies I've been watching] into graphics, and copying and pasting all the links as references and formatting all the pictures, I published to PDF and published to cafépress, and ordered one.

And then I realized that I missed two more revisions - I neglected to include a couple of books I read (and I daren't look any less erudite than I already am), and realized that I failed to organize the appendices the way I did last year. I phoned cafépress and they graciously cancelled the order.

I'll reformat and re-order it tomorrow. And then next year, when I write that book, I'll be able to read this post about writing the last book.

Huss has not requested a copy, but I am tempted to order him one as a gift to taunt him.
